Do You Do It Outdoors?
Do you like to bike, run, paddle, or walk? Do you take advantage of the region’s trails and rivers? Would you enjoy more opportunities to get outside, enjoy the great outdoors, improve your skills, and learn more about our community and natural environment?
A coalition of nonprofits, municipalities, and local businesses, including the East Falls, Manayunk, and Schuylkill River Development Corporations, Pennsylvania Environmental Council, Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia, Lower Merion Township, and Hidden River Outfitters is a exploring a new opportunity for promoting outdoor recreation, based on the model of Venture Outdoors in Pittsburgh, www.ventureoutdoors.org.
